PT Datalink Instructions

1. Enter your Lab Code assigned by NSI (ex. N05053).
2. Enter the password for your lab.
   Note: The password is assigned by someone at your lab and is associated with a contact person and contact phone at the lab. If you have forgotten your password, please call nsi lab solutions at 800-234-7837 to have it reset.
3. Press the “Submit” button to access the functions within PT Datalink.
